Dear customers and partners,
Herewith we would like to inform you about the current updates at WIBRE regarding COVID-19.
With extensive measures for infection protection in all areas of the company, we continue to offer you our usual full service.
These measures include
- the provision of high-quality mouth-nose masks for all employees from our 3D printing laboratory
- Partition walls in offices
- regulated spacing rules
- extended hygiene devices and specifications
- and much more...
All these things ensure a high level of protection for our employees and the 100% continuation of the business. As a result, we have been able to stop most of the work from our home office and return our production to normal operation. The spotlight production is running at full speed and all office staff are available to help and advise you.

Dear customers and partners,
Herewith we would like to inform you about the current updates at WIBRE regarding COVID-19. We at Wibre are constantly working to protect our employees to the highest possible level and try to keep the business running as well as possible and as long as possible.
Therefore, a number of measures were introduced last week, including the following:
- The majority of our employees work from their home office and can be reached by email and telephone as usual.
- Extensive hygiene measures and regulations have been implemented in the company.
- Our production is operated in shifts to reduce the number of people in the factory.
For you this means concretely:
- Our production continues at the highest possible capacity and orders are manufactured within the normal delivery time
- Inquiries, technical questions and orders are processed in the usual manner
- We assure you to do everything to maintain normal operation
Nevertheless we have to observe the developments and hope that all supply chains and capacities can be maintained. Therefore we ask for your understanding if there should be delays in any way. We are anxious to offer you a top service at all times.

COVID-19 InformationUpdate 16. March 2020
Dear customers and partners,
The current development faces us all with great challenges. For us, the protection of our employees is the first priority, and we are grateful that no case of COVID-19 has yet occurred in our company. Nevertheless, we cannot and are not allowed to make business trips and customer visits at the moment, but we will still be there for you to the fullest possible extent. From next week on we will therefore offer live video meetings and trainings, please contact us to make an appointment.
We also ask for your understanding that the travel activities of our representatives and sales partners are limited or discontinued. However, you can reach us and our partners as usual by phone and e-mail.
WIBRE will do everything possible to ensure that our service, spotlight production and ability to deliver will continue as usual. At the same time we want to ensure the health and safety of our staff. However, should there be any restrictions due to home office or reduced capacity, we ask for your understanding.
